what is a self-care pact?

the self-care pact is a living breathing written work I initially created as a space to remind myself of how I am when I feel at my best.

 It’s easy, through all the turmoil and qualms that come with the territory of living in our bodies, to become separated from our most authentic and highest versions of ourselves, and it can be hard to get back.  The self-care pact is the road map, a way to find your way back. It outlines exactly what you are doing and believing when you feel at your best.

This is an all-encompassing document; it takes commitment to create, and it is alive. You can change it over and over, and probably will as you become more and more familiar with your true self. Start where you are!

 Your self-care pact is personal, whatever you want to put in it, do so. I suggest having a table of contents at the very beginning.
